AGM and Medal Presentation

We’ve now managed to secure a great venue for the 2024 AGM on Sunday the 17th March, the Mud Dock Cafe in Bristol, and EVERYONE is invited.

This year we’ll be combining the AGM with the 23/24 season medal presentations and an opportunity to meet outside of racing for a social, so we hope as many of you as possible can come along. We don’t generally get to see each other for most of the year so this is a great opportunity to meet your fellow riders in a completely non-competitive environment and see what they look like without helmets and lycra.

The plan is to hand out the medals and trophies first (and certificates to the u12’s) then move onto the AGM where you can have your say on the future of our league.

Most importantly, if you would like to get involved in helping run the WCCL we are looking to fill several positions on the committee including chairman, rider representative and race results coordinator. We keep banging the drum but the more help we have and the more people want to contribute the stronger our league will be for the future.

There is food available at the Mud Dock including some vegan and gluten free options. We’re limited to 25 food orders and you will need to pre-order with us on a first come first served basis. The menu is on their website https://www.mud-dock.co.uk/cafe/lunch-menu/

If there are any questions please let us know and on behalf of the WCCL comittee we really look forward to seeing you all on the 17th.

    Get Involved

Cyclocross thrives on the energy of its enthusiastic community, and we genuinely need volunteers to help keep the league running. Aside from racing, there are many other ways in which you can contribute to and help grow participation in the Western League, allowing us to ensure that races can continue in the future.
